During this time in which many people across America find themselves struggling to even feed their families, Mountainpads is committed to the practice of selflessness. In an effort to assist those in need and strengthen our communities, we have partnered with two homeless programs in which 1% of all proceeds generated from this website will be donated.
Any land sale will generate a 1% donation - to be split 50/50 with half going to FeedingTampaBay and the other half going to Crossville Tennessee homelseeshelter. Each check will be hand delivered to the agency on site. To strengthen our community-building goal even further, our vision going forward will be to distribute these donations to the nearest homeless shelter to which your land property purchase is located.
From the very beginning, one of the underlying goals of this venture is to share abundance with our surrounding communities by giving back. In brainstorming ideas of incorporating some level of philanthropy into our model, we’ve developed a simple plan we feel will have a direct impact on the very specific community of each property being presented.
Any land transaction generated through this website will initiate a one thousand dollar procedural donation which will be provided to a pre-identified philanthropic outreach program nearest to the respective land parcel being offered. The ultimate goal is to help build a surrounding community that offers a cleaner, safer and overall more humanitarian society for our future.
